The Imminent Impactors page contains a list of all confirmed impacting objects detected by our Meerkat monitoring system. Meerkat computes impact solutions using the systematic ranging method. For each impactor, the table provides the nominal impact time, the nominal magnitude of the asteroid, and its nominal diameter based on an assumed albedo between 0.05 and 0.25. Additionally, an image displays the discovery station, the first and last observation, the number of observations processed, and the median impact time with its time range.
