Help: Removed from Risk List

The table in this page contains information about objects that were in the Risk List and were subsequently removed, because no virtual impactors within the next 100 years were found after a given orbit determination update. The entries of the table are described below.

Object designation. Designation of the object as given by the Minor Planet Center. This entry can be clicked to access the orbital and physical properties of the specific object.

Removal date in UTC. Date on which the object was found to have no impact risk anymore.

VI date in UTC. Impact date of the Virtual Impactor with the largest Palermo Scale before its removal from the Risk List.

Last IP. Last recorded impact probability for the Virtual Impactor with the highest Palermo Scale, before no impact risk was found.

Last PS. Last recorded highest Palermo Scale, before no impact risk was found. Further information about the Palermo Scale can be found in Definitions & Assumptions.
